"The Wild Collective has empowered and inspired me to take my passion for health and wellness to the next level!
The Wild Collective sessions have created this "link" for me and now I feel even more empowered to start advocating for myself in a more meaningful and thoughtful way. I also find that being part of a collective of like-minded people is inspiring and since joining, I've found myself doing things I never thought I'd be doing. I'm a Mom of 2 boys under the age of 3 and I never thought I would be carving out as much time for myself as I do.
The Wild Collective has taught me the importance of doing this and I feel amazing and grateful for that! Being able to connect virtually for the program has been wonderful especially with young kids at home - if I'm late joining or miss any content if I have to go and tend to one of my kids, I know I can catch up on the content with the video recording after which makes it so easy! I LOVE the handouts and "homework"! This program can be anything you make it - for me, it's an opportunity to feel empowered, inspired, and connected to an amazing community."

"This group has been so eye opening. Leigha teaches about wellness and health so well. She is a natural teacher. Her down to earth personality makes it fun and informative! The unit on women’s monthly cycles was a big eye opener. I wish I had learned this material when I was a teen! Being a woman, feels wonderful while being part of this collective."

"The Wild Connective opened up a wealth of information pertinent to me as a woman and an opportunity to converse and share with others in a safe, caring and empathetic environment. My only regret is that this wasn’t around 20+ years ago as my younger self would have benefited from the information I have now.
I have been enlightened about so many aspects of myself both physically /mentally, found connections, shared experiences and learnt from other women who are also invested in learning more about themselves and their wellbeing and want to be proactive in doing so.
I would recommend The Wild Collective experience to women of all ages and walks of life who are invested in their wellbeing and wish to become empowered with health and well being knowledge to help themselves and others."

I'm a mom, entrepreneur, community-builder, naturopathic doctor and the owner & founder of True Roots Healthcare. I am on a mission to help women just like you transform from tired and turned off to energized and excited.
But what I see in my practice all of the time is women burning themselves out in an attempt to care for others. Women are feeling isolated, lonely and like they have to "suck it up" - in life and in health. I want you to know - you don't have to do that.
So what does this have to do with The Wild Collective?
I am tired of having limited time with my patients. I'm tired of hearing women describe the same problems that I know we would have a better opportunity of fixing if we could band together. I'm tired of seeing women struggle because they don't have the support they need.
I can't solve these problems in just a couple of visits.
Sisterhood is also the medicine I never knew I needed. I have moved around a lot, struggled to find my "fit" and adapted to being an independent woman. I did a high school year abroad, went to a university without any friends from high school and chose a career path that isn't always celebrated by the "popular" opinion.
But I know there are others who share my values. Who want to feel empowered in their health. Who want to reach their full potential and see community and connection as the catalyst to do just that. You deserve it.
